Welcome to FOOTParkland (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.footparkland.com (the “Site”), as well as our digital subscriptions, technical media passes, and online publications (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, initiating a transaction, or accessing any part of the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use or access our Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe or register for an account on the Site.
  • Account Credentials: When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Single-User Access: Membership accounts and digital passes are personal and non-transferable. You agree not to share, license, or resell your access credentials to any third party.

2. Description of Digital Services

FOOTParkland provides specialized digital publications, media streaming, and educational athletic resources, including:
  • All-Access Membership: Continuous digital access to our curated library of running routines, foot health guides, biomechanics articles, exercise progressions, and periodical issue archives.
  • Single Media Passes: One-time, non-recurring digital access passes to specific standalone publications, video demonstrations, or archive issues.
All content is delivered in digital format through our web platform. We do not ship physical goods.

3. Subscription Terms & Recurring Billing

  • Monthly Recurring Fee: By purchasing the All-Access Membership, you agree to an initial charge of $24.99 USD, followed by an automatic recurring charge of $24.99 USD every thirty (30) days until you cancel.
  • Billing Authorization: You authorize FOOTParkland (through our authorized payment gateway, Stripe) to charge the current fee to your chosen payment method on each scheduled recurring billing cycle.
  • Price Modifications: We reserve the right to modify our subscription rates at any time. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to you at least thirty (30) days in advance via email or site announcement and will take effect at the start of your subsequent billing cycle.

4. Cancellation and Termination Policy

  • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees.
  • Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel directly from your account dashboard by navigating to the Membership / Billing Account section and selecting Cancel Membership.
  • Support Request: Alternatively, you may submit a cancellation request by contacting customer support at at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled renewal date.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your current paid billing period. After this date, your subscription will not renew, and your account will revert to standard unprivileged status.

5. Refund and Dispute Policy

  • Digital Delivery Notice: Because access to our entire digital vault, technical guides, and media catalog is provided immediately upon transaction completion, all sales and recurring billing transactions are generally final.
  • Refund Eligibility: We may consider refund requests submitted within seven (7) days of your initial transaction or most recent renewal on a case-by-case basis (e.g., verified technical inability to access the platform, accidental duplicate billing).
  • Chargebacks & Disputes: If you believe a charge was made in error or wish to dispute a transaction, you agree to contact us first at before initiating a formal bank dispute or chargeback. We strive to resolve billing issues promptly and fairly.

6. Payment Processing & Security

  • Payment Gateway: All financial transactions on FOOTParkland are processed securely through Stripe, Inc.. We do not store, capture, or transmit raw credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
  • Card Statement Descriptor: Charges will appear on your financial billing statement under the identifier FOOTPARKLAND or FP*FOOTPARKLAND.

7. Intellectual Property & Limited License

  • Proprietary Rights: All content, design layouts, written publications, videos, technical charts, text, graphics, and trademarks published on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of FOOTParkland or its licensors.
  • Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and read our materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, broadcast, rebroadcast, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior express written permission from FOOTParkland.

8. Athletic & Informational Disclaimer

  • Informational Purpose Only: The technical running routines, foot health guides, and biomechanics articles provided on FOOTParkland are published strictly for educational and informational purposes.
  • Not Medical Advice: Nothing contained in our publications or routines constitutes medical, podiatric, orthopedic, or physical therapy advice or diagnosis. Always consult a licensed medical physician or healthcare provider before undertaking any physical training, conditioning, or rehabilitation regimen.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • “As-Is” Service: The Services and all digital materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FOOTParkland, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or inability to use the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to FOOTParkland in the preceding three (3) months.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms of Service at any time. When modifications occur, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Continued use of our Site following any posted amendments constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
